Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Best for adventure lovers and a family movie night. A good one for when you want to be swept off somewhere else. Same wavelength as Free Solo or The Dawn Wall.
The mood
Feel-good, eye-opening.
The pace
Moves through the story clearly, at 1 hr 2 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
What might put you off
Skip it if you want made-up drama tonight.

Imagine Michael Jordan and a bunch of his teammates dropping by your local basketball court and asking if they can play a little three-on-three. For skateboarders, that's pretty much what happened during Tony Hawk's Secret Skatepark Tour: Tony and several of his best friends showed up unannounced at skateparks throughout the west and sessioned alongside whoever happened to be there.
