Weeknight Watchearly rating

Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With a box office flop and mixed reviews, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Best for people who need a good giggle. Good for nights when you want to switch off and laugh.
The mood: Light and funny.
The pace: Quick and easy-going, at 2 hr 27 min.
What might put you off: It's in another language, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Not the pick if you want something heavy or meaningful.

In the film, Sreenivasan reprises the character of Superstar Saroj Kumar from the popular 2005 malayalam film Udayananu Tharam.
