The couple Irada and Fuad, who love each other very much, face an unexpected misfortune. Irada dies of a serious illness. However, their 5-year-old daughter Zeynab is impatiently waiting for her. Zeynab's father and grandmother try to explain to the child that her mother is no longer alive, but the girl does not believe and continues to wait for her mother. On one of the city's billboards, Sanubar Khanum sees a shining star, Leyla, who looks very much like her deceased daughter-in-law. Perhaps, when Irada left this world, she left her twin Leyla her main treasure - the ability to love. Maybe Fuad and Leyla have a chance to be happy, and Zeynab can reunite with her mother?
