Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Made for people who love a good growing-up story and anyone who likes corsets, castles and court intrigue. Small moments carry real weight here, the way they do when you're young. Fans of Troy should feel right at home. The costumes and settings are a feast on their own.
The mood
Tense.
The pace
Moves at a clip, at 1 hr 30 min. An easy one to fit in on a school night.
What might put you off
Skip it if you prefer quiet, talky stories.

The coming of age of young Alexander, future world conqueror, from his boyhood in Greece to his assumption of Regent of the Land, after proving his worth to his father, the demanding King Phillip.
