Why it’s a Weeknight Watch
With almost no lasting buzz, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.
Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below. Is it for you?
- Who'll love it
- One for anyone who enjoys a story that folds back on itself and superhero fans. Pay attention early: the time-bending pays off later. Shelve it next to The Terminator or Justice Society: World War II. Comic-book roots, so expect big stakes and bigger set pieces.
- The mood
- Mind-bending.
- The pace
- Lean, with little time wasted, at 1 hr 21 min. An easy one to fit in on a school night.
- What might put you off
- Rated R: meant for adults.
- Not for anyone who finds explosions tiring.
20 years after a set of events, the Time Enforcement Commission (TEC), is still going strong. Now Brandon Miller a TEC operative, believes that they have a responsibility to change history hoping that the world will be better but Ryan Chan another Tec operative stops him but kills the woman he loves in the process.
