Weeknight Watchearly ratingWhy it’s a Weeknight Watch
It's okay. I wouldn't plan your time around it.
Early rating from audience scores only. The full five-pillar rating is on its way.Is it for you?
- Who'll love it
- Best for readers who like to compare the book and the screen version and people who enjoy a knot in their stomach. Adapted from a book, so readers can compare notes. A good follow-up to Fear Street: 1978 or Frankenstein.
- The mood
- Scary.
- The pace
- Tense from early on, at 30 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
- What might put you off
- Not the one if you want explosions or easy laughs.
Hundreds of years before Pennywise, three youngsters venture into the Western Wood...where they encounter a terrifying ancient spirit.
