Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Made for fans of a good haunting and romantics. The scares come from the creaks and shadows as much as the jumps. Sits nicely alongside The Ghost and Mrs. Muir or Ghost. Very British, in all the best ways.
The mood
Funny with heart, romantic.
The pace
Character-first and patient, at 1 hr 46 min.
What might put you off
  • Rated PG: scary moments. Worth a look first if you have very young kids.
  • Skip it if you like your stories firmly grounded in the real world.

Nina is totally heartbroken at the death of her boyfriend Jamie, but is even more unprepared for his return as a ghost. At first it's almost as good as it used to be – hey, even the rats that infested her house have disappeared. But Jamie starts bringing ghostly friends home and behaving more and more oddly.
