Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With almost no lasting buzz and soft box office, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Right up the alley of anyone who watches cooking shows for fun and anyone who loves trying to stay one step ahead. Don't watch it hungry. Liked Rosemary's Baby or Barbarian? This is a good next one. New York is practically a character here.
The mood
Scary.
The pace
Keeps the tension tight, at 1 hr 29 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
What might put you off
  • Rated R: expect sex.
  • Not ideal if you just want to unwind.
