Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Great for anyone who remembers how big everything felt at sixteen and people who like their stories with a little heart-flutter. Small moments carry real weight here, the way they do when you're young.
The mood
Funny with heart, romantic.
The pace
Lets scenes breathe, at 1 hr 30 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
What might put you off
  • It's in Thai, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
  • Skip it if you need something light and fast tonight.

The film centers to a high school that is going to be taken over by foreign investor, who plans to turn the whole school into a department store. When all the alumni heard this shocking news, they join in team and return to their school, where the old memories of laughter, love, and friendship are still around, to fight against the take over project and set the beloved school free.
