With almost no lasting buzz and soft box office, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.
Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below. Is it for you?
- Who'll love it
- If you count yourself among comic book readers and anyone who likes big what-if ideas, this one's for you. Comic-book roots, so expect big stakes and bigger set pieces. Same wavelength as Zack Snyder's Justice League or My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising.
- The mood
- Exciting.
- The pace
- Moves at a clip, at 30 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
- What might put you off
- It's in Japanese, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
- Skip it if you prefer quiet, talky stories.
The Go-Busters must protect the Tokyo Enetower from the evil Vaglass organization. However Enter's new creation Steamloid causes the Buddy Roids to rust, making them unable to fight or be used in the Buster Machines.
