Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Aimed squarely at people who like to watch through their fingers and people who love a story set somewhere strange. Leaves you with ideas to chew on afterwards. Sits nicely alongside The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad or Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
The mood
Scary.
The pace
Keeps the tension tight, at 14 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
What might put you off
Skip it if you like your stories firmly grounded in the real world.

Samantha, a little girl growing up in the sixties, loves classic b-movies and monsters - That is, until they start to invade her bedroom and her obssession compels her parents to seek help from the latest scientific breakthrough
