Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With almost no lasting buzz and soft box office, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Right up the alley of anyone who loves a strong drama. Best on a quiet night when you're in the mood to feel something.
The mood: Thoughtful and character-driven.
The pace: Gives its people room to develop, at 2 hr 7 min.
What might put you off: It's in another language, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Not the one if you want explosions or easy laughs.

Viswanathan, a famous director, is haunted by the death of his wife and a young man whom he accidentally hit while driving. Later he meets Shyama, the daughter of his friend, still struggling with the death of her boyfriend, the man whom Viswanathan had killed.
