Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
One for anyone who likes yelling at characters not to go upstairs and anyone looking for a holiday tradition. Classic slasher set-up: count who's left standing. A good follow-up to Terrifier 3. Made to be watched with the tree lit.
The mood
Scary and gory.
The pace
Tense from early on, at 1 hr 12 min. An easy one to fit in on a school night.
What might put you off
Skip it if you scare easily or watch alone at night.

While en route to a holiday gathering, young Ron teases his wife about the legend of a backwoods Santa with an axe to grind. However, when the legend comes to life, the Christmas bash turns into a holiday bloodbath!
