Weeknight Watchearly rating

Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With almost no lasting buzz and soft box office, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Aimed squarely at anyone who wants a laugh and anyone who likes a story with emotional weight. One to watch when you can give it your full attention. Shelve it next to Instructions Not Included.
The mood: Funny with heart.
The pace: Quiet, then quietly devastating, at 1 hr 50 min.
What might put you off: It's in Spanish, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Skip it if you need something light and fast tonight.

Due to many reasons, ranging from insecurity to trauma, a group of people have gained a lot of weight in recent times.
