Weeknight Watchearly rating

Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With a box office flop and little lasting buzz, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Tailor-made for crime fans and people who like their stories with a little heart-flutter. One to watch when you can give it your full attention.
The mood: Dark and gritty, warm and romantic.
The pace: Takes its time with its characters, at 2 hr 6 min.
What might put you off: It's in Telugu, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Not the one if you want explosions or easy laughs.

Raja, son of a vegetable vendor, is a simple man. His girlfriends dump him because of his honesty. However, things take a turn when he meets his true love Priya, the daughter of a police commissioner.
