Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below. Is it for you?
- Who'll love it
- One for people who like to watch through their fingers. A good one for a late-night scare. Shelve it next to Obsession or Hereditary.
- The mood
- Scary.
- The pace
- Tense from early on, at 1 hr 27 min. Short enough for a weeknight.

- Made in 1973: an older pace and style.
- Not one for anyone who hates jump scares.
