Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Aimed squarely at zombie fans and horror fans. The undead are the backdrop; how people treat each other is the real story. Sits nicely alongside Grindhouse or Night of the Living Dead.
The mood
Scary.
The pace
Tense from early on, at 1 hr 35 min.
What might put you off
  • It's in Chinese, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
  • Skip it if you prefer quiet, talky stories.

It's the end of the century at a corner of the city in a building riddled with crime - Everyone in the building has turned into zombies. After Jenny's boyfriend is killed in a zombie attack, she faces the challenge of surviving in the face of adversity. In order to stay alive, she struggles with Andy to flee danger.
