Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Who'll love it: A natural pick for people who like the lights on afterwards and anyone who knows cartoons aren't just for kids. The scares come from the creaks and shadows as much as the jumps.
The mood: Feel-good.
The pace: Lively and easy to follow, at 3 min. Done before bedtime.
What might put you off: No age rating on record, so check it first for young kids.
It's in Swedish, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Made in 1915: an older pace and style.
Skip it if you can't get past animation (your loss).

Short animated silent film about a man drinking alcohol.
