Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With little lasting buzz, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Who'll love it: Right up the alley of romantics and people who like stories about real, flawed people. A good pick for a cozy night in. Fans of A Place in the Sun or Leaving Las Vegas should feel right at home.
The mood: Warm and romantic.
The pace: Takes its time with its characters, at 2 hr 15 min.
What might put you off: It's in Tamil, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Skip it if romance makes you roll your eyes.

Aaron falls in love with Kayalvizhi at first sight but she does not reciprocate. They have to part ways when she starts developing feelings for him.
