Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Aimed squarely at anyone who's ever talked to their pet and parents and kids watching together. An animal steals a fair few scenes.
The mood
Feel-good.
The pace
Paced for all ages, at 1 hr 13 min. An easy one to fit in on a school night.
What might put you off
  • Made in 1958: an older pace and style.
  • Skip it if you want something with an edge.

A little girl living on an isolated ranch claims to have formed a bond of friendship with a pure white, "wild" stallion. The horse is well known in the area, almost legendary, and supposedly vicious. Is she just making it up, or is she telling the truth? If it's real, isn't it dangerous for her with a "killer" horse? Or is the horse as vicious as he's been portrayed?
