Monday Morning Maybeearly ratingWhy it’s a Monday Morning Maybe
With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.
Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below. Is it for you?
- Who'll love it
- Great for anyone who's already planned their apocalypse hideout and fans of sharp satire. The undead are the backdrop; how people treat each other is the real story. A good follow-up to Zombieland. The jokes have targets, and it hits most of them.
- The mood
- Scary.
- The pace
- Builds dread steadily, at 1 hr 12 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
- What might put you off
- Not the pick if you want something heavy or meaningful.
Adult film starlet Vixen Velvet wants to be a real actress - she gets her chance when the remote town she's filming in finds itself in the grip of a zombie apocalypse.
