Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Aimed squarely at anyone who loves a world with magic in it and anyone who appreciates a well-choreographed fight. Its magic has rules, and the story plays by them. If you loved The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, start here. The fight choreography is a big part of the appeal.
The mood
Scary.
The pace
Keeps the tension tight, at 1 hr 30 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
What might put you off
  • It's in another language, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
  • Skip it if you scare easily or watch alone at night.

An evil witch kidnaps people and turns them into zombies. Two young warriors, a pretty girl and an old master fight against the witch and her helpers / monsters.
