Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Great for people who need a good giggle and people who like stories about real, flawed people. Leaves you with something to think about. A good follow-up to Another Year.
The mood: Funny with heart.
The pace: Quiet, then quietly devastating, at 1 hr 30 min. Done before bedtime.
What might put you off: Rated PG-13. Probably too much for younger kids.
It's in another language, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Not the one if you want explosions or easy laughs.

Four elderly men (Fons, Lull, Nuckes and Jängi) are fed up with being walked all over and treated like children. Together with their friends, they plan a future without old people's homes. But that's easier said than done.
