Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Aimed squarely at anyone with a soft spot for road trips and anyone who's ever wondered how they'd survive. It's a road trip, so the detours matter as much as the destination. Shelve it next to The Blair Witch Project. The tension comes from simply getting through the next day.
The mood
Scary.
The pace
Tense from early on, at 1 hr 18 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
What might put you off
Skip it if you scare easily or watch alone at night.

On December 16th, 2011, eight people on their way to Las Vegas stopped in the ghost town of Garlock, California. This footage documents what happened.
