With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.
Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below. Is it for you?
- Who'll love it
- Made for anyone who remembers how big everything felt at sixteen and anyone with a best friend they'd call at 3am. It gets the awkwardness and the high stakes of being young. A good follow-up to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem or Boyz n the Hood. The friendships are the beating heart of it.
- The mood
- Funny with heart, feel-good.
- The pace
- Lively and easy to follow, at 5 min. An easy one to fit in on a school night.
- What might put you off
- Skip it if you can't get past animation (your loss).
A carefree millennial Helps his friend to move into the suburbs.
