Weeknight Watchearly rating

Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With soft box office and little lasting buzz, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Best for anyone who likes to be kept guessing and people who like their stories at full throttle. Made for the biggest screen and the loudest speakers you have. Same wavelength as Airport or Pushpa: The Rise.
The mood
Tense.
The pace
Quiet, then quietly devastating, at 2 hr 11 min.
What might put you off
  • It's in Telugu, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
  • Skip it if you prefer quiet, talky stories.

When terrorists hijack a plane from Chennai, a struggle with the pilots damages the engine forcing them to make an emergency landing in Tirupati. NSG commando Ravi is entrusted with rescue operations.
