Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With almost no lasting buzz and soft box office, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
One for anyone who remembers how big everything felt at sixteen and people who love relationship stories. Small moments carry real weight here, the way they do when you're young. Relationships are put under a microscope, for better or worse.
The mood
Funny with heart.
The pace
Gives its people room to develop, at 1 hr 21 min. Short enough for a weeknight.
What might put you off
  • Rated R: expect drug use.
  • Skip it if you're after something serious tonight.

When Sam learns his mother cannot afford to send him to another school after he is kicked out, he and his friends start their own escort service for mature women to pay for his tuition.
