Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Aimed squarely at people who can't resist a good whodunit and anyone who likes their action precise. It plays fair with the clues, so you can play along. A good follow-up to The Parallax View or The Killer. Lean and efficient, like its main character.
The mood
Tense, gritty.
The pace
Fast-moving, at 1 hr 30 min. An easy one to fit in on a school night.
What might put you off
  • It's in Swedish, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
  • Skip it if you like your heroes clean-cut.

The executive of Zting Air is blackmailed. He has to pay 3,000,000 SEK or else his wife will be killed and a plane will explode mid-air.
