Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With just 15% on Rotten Tomatoes, a box office loss and a lukewarm 6.2 out of 10 from audiences, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Made for anyone who wants a laugh, horror fans and fantasy fans. If you loved Trick 'r Treat or Evil Dead II, start here. Audiences love it more than critics do: a crowd-pleaser first.
The mood: Scary.
The pace: Breezy, at 1 hr 32 min.
What might put you off: Rated R: meant for adults.

Anton is a cheerful but exceedingly non-ambitious 17-year-old stoner who lives to stay buzzed, watch TV, and moon over Molly, the beautiful girl who lives next door. However, it turns out that the old cliché about idle hands being the devil's playground has a kernel of truth after all.
