Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and little lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it
Great for fans of medical drama and people who love a story about friendship. Life-and-death stakes, often at a run. Fans of THX 1138 or Arrival should feel right at home. The friendships are the beating heart of it.
The mood
Thoughtful and character-driven.
The pace
Quiet, then quietly devastating, at 13 min. Done before bedtime.
What might put you off
  • It's in Italian, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
  • Skip it if you like your stories firmly grounded in the real world.

Imagine to be suddenly able to control your car, your bank account and all the electronics in your life just by thinking about it. What would you do with this power? What would you compromise for it?
