Weeknight Watchearly rating

Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With almost no lasting buzz, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: If you count yourself among people who enjoy a knot in their stomach and horror fans, this one's for you. Keeps you leaning forward. Shelve it next to Barbarian.
The mood: Scary.
The pace: Builds dread steadily, at 1 hr 26 min. Done before bedtime.
What might put you off: It's in Italian, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Skip it if you want something to relax to.

The morning Stella decides to take her own life, a stranger knocks at her door claiming the guest room he booked for the night. Surprised but charmed by this man who seems to know her very well, Stella decides to let him in. But when Sandro, the man who broke Stella's heart, joins them at home, this odd situation turns immediately into chaos.
