Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With almost no lasting buzz and soft box office, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Tailor-made for western fans and people who like their stories at full throttle. Dust, horses and a showdown waiting to happen.
The mood: Exciting.
The pace: Lean, with little time wasted, at 1 hr 36 min.
What might put you off: It's in Italian, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Not for anyone who finds explosions tiring.

Former gunfighter Django has become a monk and abandoned his violent former ways. His daughter is kidnapped by rogue Hungarian soldiers using slave labor to run a silver mine. Django casts off his habit and digs up his machine gun to practice a little liberation theology.
