Why it’s a Monday Morning Maybe

With a box office flop and almost no lasting buzz, this one could be a tough watch. Keep your phone handy.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: One for anyone with a complicated family (so, everyone) and history and war-film fans. Family ties get tested in ways that ring true. Liked Thank You for Your Service or Brothers? This is a good next one. It puts you in the middle of the fighting, and doesn't let you forget the cost.
The mood: Intense.
The pace: Takes its time with its characters, at 1 hr 59 min.
What might put you off: It's in another language, so expect subtitles (or a dub).
Skip it if you need something light and fast tonight.

Even after ten years, Lieutenant Morteza Rashed still has nightmares of corpses and dolls floating around after the fall of the Airbus plane by those who served aboard USS Vincennes at 1988. He has been holding a grudge towards them ever since they attacked this plane, and is always looking for an opportunity to take revenge...
