Sunday Safe Bet

Why it’s a Sunday Safe Bet

It earned strong reviews (67% on Rotten Tomatoes), though it had a lukewarm 6.6 out of 10 from audiences and a short run with a modest audience. A safe bet when you want something reliable.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Made for anyone who likes to be kept guessing and sci-fi fans. If you loved Supernatural or FROM, start here. Critics rate it higher than audiences do, so it rewards patience more than it chases thrills.
The mood: Tense.
The pace: 2 seasons: a few weeks of evenings.
What might put you off: Rated TV-14: peril. Probably too much for younger kids.
It was cancelled, so the story may not get a proper ending.
Audiences were cooler on it than critics.

But as the threat facing them reveals itself to be something beyond their wildest imagination, the divided crew must form an alliance to ensure survival.
