Weeknight Watch

Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With a short run with a modest audience, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Made for crime-drama fans and anyone who likes to be kept guessing. If you loved Dexter: Resurrection or Mr Inbetween, start here.
The mood: Tense, dark and gritty.
The pace: 3 seasons: a few weeks of evenings, episodes of about 43 minutes, about 29 hours in all.
What might put you off: Rated TV-14. Probably too much for younger kids.
It was cancelled, so the story may not get a proper ending.

Facing an existential threat that could bring down the Crime Lab, a brilliant team of forensic investigators must welcome back old friends and deploy new techniques to preserve and serve justice in Sin City.
