Weeknight Watchearly rating

Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With a short run with a modest audience, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Made for anyone who wants a laugh. If you loved Boston Legal or The Lincoln Lawyer, start here.
The mood: Funny with heart.
The pace: 4 seasons: a few months of evenings, episodes of about 42 minutes, about 28 hours in all.
What might put you off: Rated TV-14. Probably too much for younger kids.
It was cancelled, so the story may not get a proper ending.

When they're not hanging out at their favorite hot dog stand pontificating on what they'd go through to enjoy a night with their favorite female celebrities, Jared Franklin and Peter Bash are chasing down their latest clients...sometimes literally. With business cards in hand, they're ready to nab a client within seconds after a car accident, arrest for solicitation or any other incident where their legal services may be needed. Once in the courtroom, they show their flair for the dramatic and the shocking.
