Who'll love it: Made for families. If you loved Everwood or Anne with an E, start here.
The mood: Feel-good.
The pace: 18 seasons and 278 episodes: a long-haul commitment, short, snackable episodes, about 139 hours in all.
What might put you off: Rated TV-14. Probably too much for younger kids.
A big time investment at 18 seasons.

Husband Kody Brown, along with his four wives (only one of which is legally married to Kody) and their combined 18 children, attempts to navigate life as a "normal" family in a society that shuns their lifestyle.
