Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With almost no lasting buzz, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Made for crime fans and anyone who wants a laugh. If you loved Brooklyn Nine-Nine, start here.
The mood: Light and funny.
The pace: 7 seasons, but most episodes stand on their own, so you can dip in anywhere (about 30 minutes each).
What might put you off: Rated TV-PG: slapstick violence. Worth a look first if you have very young kids.
It's in German, so expect subtitles (or a dub).

Heiko Schotte (Schotty) works for a cleaning company, cleaning all kind of crime scenes. There he sometimes meets weird people and tries to solve difficult situations.
