Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Made for crime-drama fans and action fans. If you loved Marvel's Daredevil or Marvel's The Punisher, start here. Critics rate it higher than audiences do, so it rewards patience more than it chases thrills.
The mood: Dark and gritty.
The pace: 2 seasons: a few weeks of evenings, episodes of about 46 minutes, about 20 hours in all.
What might put you off: Rated TV-MA: meant for adults.
It was cancelled, so the story may not get a proper ending.
Audiences were cooler on it than critics.
