The story of a singer who, at the height of her fame found herself confined to a hospital bed because of a car accident. For 12 days the rising star Anna German did not regain consciousness. In those days she had to relive the tragic events of her childhood - the arrest of her father, accused of espionage, the wandering of their orphaned family in Central Asia, the death of a little brother, the war and escape to Poland in the hope of hiding from pursuers from the NKVD ... The first love and the first success… None of the doctors believed she would survive. And even if she did, they predicted complete immobility for the rest of her life.
