Why it’s a Weeknight Watch

With a short run with a modest audience, it's a mixed bag. Fine if it's on; don't plan your night around it.

Based on critics, audiences, awards, box office and buzz. Details below.

Is it for you?

Who'll love it: Made for anyone who wants a laugh and families. If you loved Lizzie McGuire or Freaks and Geeks, start here.
The mood: Funny with heart, feel-good.
The pace: 3 seasons: a few weeks of evenings, short, snackable episodes, about 22 hours in all.
What might put you off: Nothing much for most grown-ups.

Andi is contemplative and artistic and sheltered by overprotective parents. But on the eve of her 13th birthday, Andi's free-spirited older sister Bex returns home with a revelation that changes everything and sends Andi on an uncharted course of self-discovery.
